Rachel J. J. Lai was in the Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning space. She has led numerous technical projects, consistently achieving an average accuracy rate of 97%. Her role encompasses the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualisation and vision development to strategic solution design and overseeing implementation. She has also played a pivotal role in optimising operations, including managing projects financials, modernising quality control performance, and spearheading the integration of innovative platform features.

Miss Lai holds a BSc degree from the University of Reading and an MSc from the University of Southampton.
